For years, I measured success by my accomplishments. I worked hard, hit big goals, and thought I was thriving.
But when an unexpected layoff shook everything I’d built, I realized how disconnected I’d become—from myself, my values, and my emotional health. My confidence dropped. Stress built up. I wasn’t sure how to move forward.
That moment changed everything.
I turned inward. I healed through mindfulness, emotional intelligence work, and deep self-reflection. With time, I rebuilt—not just my career, but a version of life that felt more honest, balanced, and sustainable.
That experience led me to become an emotional intelligence coach—so I could help others reconnect with their own inner rhythm.
Robin Levy
Founder & Coach
My path from design to emotional intelligence coaching was driven by one thing: a deep belief in the power of human connection.
With over 25 years of experience in design—graphic, product, surface, web, UX, and UI—I saw firsthand how a lack of empathy in corporate environments leads to burnout, disengagement, and high turnover. I wanted to change that.
That’s what led me to life coaching, where I specialized in emotional intelligence, workplace culture, and personal growth. It gave me the tools to help people and teams not only perform better—but feel better.
Through my Prelude to Harmony and 3-Phase Finding Harmony Process, I guide managers, businesses, and teams in building emotionally intelligent, thriving workplaces that support retention, collaboration, and better workflow.
For individuals, I offer the 8-Week Inner Melody Coaching Program—a one-on-one journey into self-awareness, resilience, and emotional balance. Whether you're navigating career shifts, personal transitions, or just want to feel more grounded and connected, this program helps you create meaningful, lasting change.
My life isn’t all coaching and business strategy.
I love life and continue to find joy in creative expression—whether it’s art, yoga, meditation, or music.
I also perform with THE POLKAMANIACS, a Pittsburgh-based band that keeps me connected to my creative roots and community. This balance of art, work, and human connection is what fuels both my personal life and my coaching approach.
